Hi everyone,

I’ve been reviewing the ChatArmin API documentation, especially the endpoints related to flows and flow analytics, and I’m interested in understanding best practices for designing and maintaining more complex chat flows directly through the API instead of relying only on the dashboard UI.

I’m especially interested in approaches that make complex flows easier to maintain over time. In some ways, designing a smooth chat flow reminds me of building levels in Escape Road — the experience may look simple on the surface, but behind the scenes there’s careful structuring, pacing, and optimization to ensure users don’t “drop off” too early.

I’d appreciate any insights, real-world examples, or architectural recommendations. Thanks!
